Our home policy is a comprehensive policy that covers both the exterior and interior of your home due to damage. There are policies sold in the market that will exclude your roof due to age, but we do not do that. We want to be sure to cover any and all qualified claims. The home inspector felt like there were issues that needed to be addressed before we could proceed with coverage. While State Farm has extended coverage to you to allow you time to find another policy, we understand the inconvenience and we are gutted when we miss our chance to satisfy our new clients. While we cannot fix the past, you have our commitment to improve the way our staff prepares our customers for every alternative measures State Farm may take."
